Located in the Aiguillon Bay, the Carrelet benefits from the combination
of salt water from the ocean and fresh water from the Marais Poitevin.
We can therefore fish there :
- Fish : soles, mules, eels ...
- Crustaceans : étrilles(crabs), gray shrimps ...
- Shellfish : cockles, clams, ...
The Carrelet is made up of an access walkway and a hut.
It is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Inside the hut you will find small fishing equipment :
1 landing net, 2 scales, 1 bucket, 1 basket.
